Wash Advocacy Task Force Officer – 1 x 50% post West Bank ( Ramallah )
based, 1x 100% post Gaza Based.
We are looking for two Advocacy Task Force Officers to coordinate the activities of the WASH Advocacy Task Force in close coordination with partner organizations and the WASH (Water Sanitation & Hygiene) Cluster teams for the West Bank and / Gaza. The positions, one full time in Gaza and one part-time in the West Bank, will be required to provide support for the activities of the Advocacy Task Force, to partner organizations and ensure the activities of the task force are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Education: Bachelors degree
Experience
1-At least two year’s work experience in an NGO, preferably in an advocacy or coordination role.
2-Good working knowledge of Water Sanitation & Hygiene issues in the occupied Palestinian territory.

1- Excellent communication skills, including written and oral presentation skills
2- Capacity on driving activities forward
3- Ability to deliver in a timely manner and keeping stakeholders updated on any delays
4- Ability to pay attention to details without losing the bigger picture
5- Ability to think strategically and use sound judgment
6- Proven ability to take personal initiative and work as part of a team
7- Computer skills
8- Excellent English
