Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Field Officer

For an initial four months

The Candidate will:
-Participate in planning and implementation of program activities.
-Implement WASH activities (beneficiary identification, field works, trainings, community organization, etc.).
-Follow up implementation of water trucking activities.
-Provide technical assistance to beneficiaries, counterparts and other parties related to managing coupon system and bank transactions. 
-Participate in data collection for monitoring and evaluation of results and objectives indicators on daily basis.
-Participate in regular information gathering from other NGOs, institutions, local authorities and other key actors about local WASH situation.
-Maintain and cultivate relations at technical level with local authorities, counterparts, beneficiaries and other external actors related to ACF activities.
-Attend local WASH meetings or project related community meetings.
-Write internal weekly report to be sent to WASH Program Manager.
-Write minutes with conclusions, recommendations and action points resulting from meetings or field visits.

Profile of the Candidate:
-Bachelors degree in project management, development studies or related field.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in WASH programs or financial monitoring
-Knowledge of humanitarian or emergency programming is a plus.
-Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing).
-Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of programs/ activities is a plus.
-Knowledge of program geographical areas (Ar Ramadin and road 317 clusters) is a plus.
-Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office application).
-Excellent communication and organization skills.
-Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and team worker.
-Valid driving license.
