Key Roles:
- Tiri’s main informational website (http://www.tiri.org): This site was built using Joomla. It comprises a model–view–controller (MVC) web application framework that can also be used independently.
- Tiri Global Classroom “Integrity Summer School” (http://www.tiri.org/IS): This site was built using Moodle.The webmaster should continuously develop specific platforms to support specialized sites for Tiri IS.
- All the websites listed below were built using Drupal. All blogs written by Tiri’s CEO are available on this website and are accessible publicly: www.tiri.org/blogs
Digital libraries of Tiri’s various programmes in which collections are stored in digital formats. They are password protected. Access is only given to programme staff and partners.

- SugarCRM: Tiri used a CRM called Sugar but is now migrating this data to a new system called the Grants Management System.
3. Integrating Tiri’s websites into one website with focus on knowledge sharing. Tiri should adopt a single site that manages most of its online content. Exceptions to this rule is the Global Classroom website because it runs in Moodle.
4. Ensure facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing within Tiri, including the provision of basic IT training.
* Server Maintenance: The applicant should provide continuous and ad-hoc support to solve complex problems related to the maintenance of the server.

1. BA in Computer Science (preferred)
2. Strong knowledge of:
- Online Open source packages, specifically Moodle, Drupal & Joomla.
- Tiri’s programming languages especially PHP, HTML and JavaScript
- Database systems (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Applications: Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Adobe Photoshop. (Macromedia Flash MX would be an asset)
3. A good sense of design is an advantage.
4. Excellent command of English. Knowledge of other languages desirable.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Excellent knowledge in dealing with website and web design, including problem identification and solving. Skills in database management are also essential.
7. High motivation and commitment to Tiri’s overall goal
The applicant should be familiar with the above mentioned requirements and fully knowledgeable of Tiri’s programming languages. This is essential for the correct functioning and enhancement of Tiri’s programmes.
Hours: Working at least 60 hours per month. The person should be able to come to the Tiri London office when required.
