Windows Server Senior

 

Perform installation, integration, configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration management of software on Windows based servers in internet accessible data centers and in Azure, GCP, AWS and other clouds

Author powershell scripts to automate the setup, QA/QC/Security oversight and maintenance of windows servers running company software

Manage the functionality and efficiency of multiple Windows-based servers

Administer policies and standards related to security and technical implementation guidance

Coordinate with customers to perform software security testing and scans

Maintain system documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues

The Successful Applicant

 

5 years of experience in Windows system administration in physical data center

5 years of experience in Windows system administration in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.)

Experience scripting the setup, monitoring and maintenance of Windows Server Administration from functional and security standpoint

Formal Windows Security Certification(s) awarded from third party accreditation authority

 

Education

 

BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
