Salary: ₪4,950 - ₪7,425 / month
**This role requires daily field work in Nablus. Holding a medical degree and a valid medical licence is essential for this role.
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we're expanding our team.
MAP is seeking a Women's Health Doctor who will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to women at the mobile clinic, including check-ups, screenings, antenatal care, and family planning services. They ensure proper patient follow-up and education, and make referrals for additional services such as lab tests and MHPSS. The doctor also supports the mobile health team in emergency response and public health interventions. They maintain accurate patient records, conduct clinical audits, and collaborate with the MHPSS specialist and health workers to deliver community-based awareness on sexual and reproductive health. Additionally, the doctor will contribute to reports on women's health issues and service gaps.

The ideal candidate holds a medical degree, a twelve-month internship, and a valid medical license to practice in the West Bank. They have extensive clinical experience, particularly in women’s health, community-based, or public health services, with a focus on antenatal care. The candidate is familiar with MoH guidelines, infection prevention, and EMR systems. They have strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and clinical audits, and possess excellent communication in Arabic and English, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
