Job Purpose Summary
The Workers will play a crucial role in supporting the distribution process by handling logistics, organizing distributed goods, and assisting in the smooth operation of aid delivery. They will ensure the proper setup of distribution sites and maintain efficiency throughout the process.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Unload, organize, and set up distributed goods and materials at the designated site.
• Assist with the packing and handing out of aid items to beneficiaries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution area throughout the operation.
• Support the team in resolving any logistical issues during the distribution.
• Report shortages, damages, or other concerns related to the aid items to the facilitator.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
• No formal education is required, but basic literacy and numeracy skills are preferred.
Experience:
• Previous experience in warehouse work, logistics, or humanitarian aid distribution is an advantage.
• Ability to carry and move heavy materials as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Languages:
• Basic communication skills in Arabic.
