World Vision/Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator

World Vision is an international Christian humanitarian aid agency working with the most marginalized and poor communities of the world.

  The successful candidate will

• Develop and maintain an effective Monitoring and Evaluation System for projects and programs.

• Organize and coordinate the process of conducting baselines for projects and programs
• Conduct and supervise all evaluations of the organization's projects and programs.
• Submit periodic monitoring reports to the management of the organization on the performance of projects and programs.
• Ensure proper M&E plans for projects and programs in collaboration with the programs managers
• Build the capacity of field staff and serve as a technical resource on monitoring and evaluation issues.
• Supervise the monitoring and Evaluation Officer.

• Bachelor degree (master degree preferred) in Development studies or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects with an international NGO.
• Excellent English written skills.
• Committed to achieving quality results and services.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.
• Proven experience in building collaborative relationships
• Ability to think clearly,deeply and broadly
• Team-player,self motivated and detail oriented
• Experience working in a cross –cultural environment
• Through knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of basic statistics and data collection methods is a definite asset.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Willingness to travel throughout the WB and Gaza with occasional international travel
• Ability to be based in Jerusalem ,Ramallah or Bethlehem.
• Integrity and strong identification with World Vision's Core Values.
