أخصائي نفسي اكلينيكي

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Spain is currently seeking to hire a full time Local Clinical Psychologist in Hebron. The position
starts in May 2013.


Requirements:
-Clinical Psychologist with post graduate qualifications in Community Mental health, Psychological Counseling, Psychology or similar.
-Minimum working experience of 3 years in clinical practice with working certificate updated.
-Experience and skills working with people affected by violence.
-Able to conduct individual/family/group psychotherapies for adults, teenagers and children.
-Able to work at both individual care and community support level.
-Demonstrable experience in supervising, training and coaching others
-Demonstrable experience in community psycho-education
-Demonstrable experience in either post traumatic stress disorder or trauma and related areas
-Preferably familiarity with psychotherapeutic evidence-based approaches and short term therapy
-Previous experience with NGOs would be and advantage.
-Arabic as mother tongue, and proficient level (both written and spoken) of English.
-Knowledge of Hebrew is desirable.
-Good computer skills: Word, excel, power point

المتطلبات:
-اخصائي نفسي اكلينيكي مع دراسات عليا بالصحة النفسبة المجتمعية أو الإرشاد النفسي أو علم النفس أو ما شابه.
-خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات بالعمل الاكلينيكي مع شهادة خبرة حديثة.
-خبرة و مهارات مع أناس تضرروا من العنف.
-القدرة على إدارة جلسات علاج نفسي فردية/عائلية/مجموعات للكبار و المراهقين و الأطفال.
-القدرة على العمل على مستويات الرعاية الفردية و الدعم المجتمعي.
-خبرة واضحة في تدريب وإشراف و توجيه الآخرين.
-خبرة واضحة في التثقيف النفسي المجتمعي.
- خبرة واضحة في التعامل مع إما اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة أو الصدمة و ما يتعلق بها.
-يفضل من له خبرة سابقة مع المؤسسات الدولية.
-أن تكون العربية لغة الأم، و مستوى متقدم باللغة الانجليزية كتابة و محادثة.
-يفضل من لديه معرفة باللغة العبرية .
-مهارات جيدة بالحاسوب: Word, excel, power point

المهارات:
-العمل ضمن فريق.
- مهارات تنظيمية و تخطيطية.
-القدرة على كتابة التقارير و مهارات التواصل مع الآخرين. - الالتزام بمبادئ و أخلاق المساعدة الانسانية.
