IRPAL is seeking a specialized consulting firm to conducting a concise mapping study for the rehabilitation services provided to conflict-affected children with special diseases and special needs in Gaza Strip, within the following conditions:
Position: Local Short Term Expert in consultancy services.
Work Location: Gaza Strip.

Duration: 40 days between 15/12/2015 and 15/02/2016.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
The consultant should have the following qualifications and experience:
Education: the key consultant shall have at least a master’s degree in Health, either in public/ community health, or related field.
Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic

Experience:
- The consultant shall have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in the field of the topic.
- Good knowledge about special needs & special disease
- Document information about centers, services, and provided statistics.
- Knowledge of child rights approaches.
- Extensive experience in conducting research on health.
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and impersonal skills
