Local Short Term Expert (LSTE) to supervise the implementation of short training courses
 within Agriculture Centre of Competence (CoC)

IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced Local trainer within the following conditions:
Work Location: Gaza Strip.
Duration: 30 working days between February and May 2016

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

The trainer should have the following qualifications and experience:
-Initial or higher degree in Agriculture
-At least 8 years professional and technical experience in the agriculture sector
-Work experience in the field of  TVET is an advantage
-Experience in developing competence-based and competence-assessed curricula based on modern adult learning and learner-centred principles
-Have a high level of proficiency/fluency in spoken and written English.
-Be aware of gender and environmental issues
-Have good organisational, report writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
