Job Description



Title: Administration coordinator
Location: Ramallah

Responsibilities:

-Providing a full range of support including assistance with issuing cost effective tickets, reserving hotels in-country as well intentionally in accordance with the business purposes and providing all the facilities and services needed for travel.
-Implementing HR policies and procedures, taking action on specific operating problems.
-Assisting in coordinating and processing employee expense claims, checking for accuracy and compliance, forwarding them to the financial department within the designated timeline
-Process various purchase requisitions.
-Custodian of HR petty cash according to policy as well as processing replenishment requests.
-Coordinating with IT to update outlook address book.
-Following up with various parties to ensure the maintenance of all employees’ handsets.
-Advising supervisor of any issues to ensure orderly and efficient administrative operations.


Requirements:

-Minimum two years of experience in a similar job.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Dynamic and pro-active.
-Analytical and problem solving capabilities.
-Bachelor degree in Business Management related filed.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Excellent computer knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excell.
