Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing a full range of support including assistance with issuing cost effective tickets, reserving hotels in-country as well intentionally in accordance with the business purposes and providing all the facilities and services needed for travel.
Processing employee expense claims, forwarding them to the financial department within the deadline.
Responsible of coordinating Board meetings on quarterly basis.
Assisting in updating the administration department processes.
Helping in setting the annual yearly budget (OPEX & CAPEX) for the administration department.
Process various purchase requisitions to accommodate various company necessities.
Coordinating OPCOM retreats & meetings.
Responsible for issuing all WM employee business cards with coordination with the marketing team.
Responsible for the custodian of HR Company credit card according to policy as well as processing reconciliation of it.
Coordinating with IT to update outlook address book to include mobile numbers of new employees or modifications to employee titles when needed.
Managing administration clearance for the Ex-employees. (SIMs, landlines, emails,etc....)
Implementing HR policies and procedures, making decisions on specific operating problems.
Advising supervisor of any issues to ensure orderly and efficient administrative operations.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in similar positions.
Bachelor‘s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related Filed.
Skills:
Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
Strong analytical and needs assessment skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
High proficiency with MS Office suit (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written
