Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Developing, implementing and managing the Wataniya’s compensation and benefits policies. This includes salaries and bonuses plus employees’ benefits, such as Life assurance, company cars and medical insurance packages.
-Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements.
-Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by competitors to ensure the competitive advantage.
-Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.
-Reviewing and processing all assigned personnel transactions such as annual bonus and annual increment recommendations.
-Managing Wataniya’s monthly payroll including overtime, and salary adjustments, deductions and or position changes.
-Analyzing current and future compensation and benefits plans to generate detailed cost reports for the manpower planning.
-Monitoring cost indicators and develop periodic and ad-hoc reports of trends and practices.
-Managing the HRMS including payroll system to reflect accurate staff compensation and benefits information.
-Recommend and administer compensation programs, policies and procedures, Provides compensation and benefits related input for corporate decisions and day-to-day operations.
-Composing communications related to employee benefits activities and ensures that Wataniya’s compensation and benefits offerings are comprehensive, and user-friendly.
-Acting as primary contact for staff communication of compensation and benefits.
-Oversees Wataniya’s communications of latest compensation and benefits related (handbook, benefits statements, e-mails..).
-Assigns work, provides direction to administrative staff and ensures that assigned tasks are completed. Ensures effective and appropriate administrative staff coverage.
-Setting the annual yearly budget (OPEX & CAPEX) for the administration department and making sure not to exceed it.
-Responsible on all travel related requests including booking flights and hotel rooms for all WM employees
-Monitoring VIP service for guests as well as staff as needed when arriving and leaving the country.
-Responsible for the employees’ mobile vouchers policy, internal testing SIMs process & employee Rate Plan Policy
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum of 6 years’ experience in related field.
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or equivalent experience.
Skills:
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong analytic and forecasting skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who generates enthusiasm and builds effective working relationships.
-Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
