Role Summary:
The role of the Back Office (BO) Enterprise Supervisor is to manage all kind actions that is relevant to corporate unit and assure the achievement compliance along with assigned KPIs. . The successful candidate will lead a team of BO executives and together they will have overall accountability of the Enterprise.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Assure that assigned KPIs relevant to corporate section is being met by the team.
-Assure a participative type of management based on coaching for continuous improvement of the global performance.
-Demonstrate a strong leadership allowing him to motivate his team towards excellence.
-Supervise the interactions of the employees in respect to the processes, procedures and policies defined for the function.
-Participate in the analysis of daily, weekly and monthly activity reports and identify opportunities to optimize the team’s performance and the level of operational efficiency.
-Manage Seasonal workload with the current team to serve business with minimum additional cost.
-Evaluate the performance of the team as per defined quality and quantity performance criteria’s.
-Maintain a high level of motivation in the team.
-Understand business and communicate with Direct Sales team and MKT offering.
-Propose improvements to the existing processes.
-Ensure that the team respects the corporate policies on confidentiality.
-Any other related duties to the role.
Work Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
-Minimum 2 years’ of experience as a team leader or supervisor.
-Bachelor degree in any Business related field.

-Supervisory and leadership capabilities.
-Creative and innovative.
-Adaptable, flexible – must be willing to work on demanding work schedules.
-Has initiative with a good sense of judgment.
-Has integrity and a positive working attitude.
-Ability to communicate in Arabic and English (Orally and verbally).
