Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

This agent supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business solutions by using information technology and business industry knowledge that is based on customer needs. The business analyst has the following responsibilities:
-Act as a liaison between customers and other support groups to identify business processes, systems, and product requirements
-Document customer specifications
-Interact with other support groups to apply understanding of customers’ business
-Support aspects of the business cycle including proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development
-Anticipate, research, identify, and develop solutions to customer problems
-Participate in training activities for peers and customers
-Initiate measures to eliminate non-value-added activities through process improvement

Experience & Qualifications:
-E-tom certified
-Six Sigma certified
-Over ten years’ experience in telecommunication as BA on large BSS project
-Over 10 years of Telecom business process re/engineering/mapping
-Over five years of requirement gathering for a BSS project
-Educated to Degree level in related field
-Billing system requirement gather experience
-Customer industry knowledge

-Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
