Role Summery Duties and Responsibilities:

-Gathering information related to delinquent customers and negotiate them to pay the debts.
-Daily follow up with delinquent customers to collect the outstanding debts.
-Filed visits to the delinquent customers to collect the debts.
-Evaluate customer ability & willingness to pay and  take the proper decision based on customer status.
-Transfer the legal cases to the lawyers to start legal action and follow up the status of legal courts.
-Prepare requested reports.
-Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-BA degree in business or any other related fields.
-High energy, motivated.
-Strong communication and organizational skills along with strong phone skills.
-Able to identify and understand the needs and priorities of Subscribers.
-Proficiency with MS Office.
-Strong attention to details.
-valid driving license.
