Roles and Responsibilities:
Following  up the Optimization and tuning process
Collecting and analyze the drive test on request and in periodic schedule
Following  up the new sites drive test to be on air
Testing the radio performance for the newly integrated sites
Following up the customer complains related to the radio and optimization issues
Following up the Physical changes "Antenna types, Azimuth, tilting..."  drive test collecting data
Collecting and Preparing and the needed data for the  Propagation Model tuning
Operating and managing data collection tool, handset and modems.
Troubleshooting and isolating tool problems to ensure smooth delivery of log files
Making drive test analysis report

Experience and qualifications:

Diplom in Telecom science or equivalent (2 years).
Minimum 2 years experience in GSM or related field.

 
Skills and knowledge:

Have a valid driving license is a MUST
Good telecommunication Background
Good knowledge of 2G, 2.5G networks.
Knowledge in Mapinfo tool is a plus
Knowledge /experience with Drive test and route analysis tools is a plus
Strong Communication and organization skills
Knowledge in the GSM as a comprehensive system is a plus
Computer latency knowledge (Microsoft is must)
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to follow the routs and roads around all the West Bank regions is must
English should be good
