Title: Enterprise Loyalty & Retention Jr. Specialist
Location: Ramallah

Responsibilities:
-Developing and executing innovative loyalty and retention initiatives.
-Supporting Business Development leader in planning and management of loyalty and retention projects.
-Developing and proposing save and win-back initiatives including targeted promotions.
-Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launch of loyalty and retention offers.
-Monitoring progress and impact of offers and campaigns and provide post launch analysis.

Requirements:
-Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, telecom experience is a plus.
-Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
-Excellent presentation skills.
-Strong customer and service orientation across the organization.
-Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
