Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Managing all MPBN operation and maintenance activities.
-Managing all GPRS operation and maintenance activities.
-Be responsible for end to end IP core network planning, budgeting and selecting the vendors.
-Coordinate with higher management representing the team, goals and requirements
-Managing any future project related to IP/core.
-Evaluating technical solutions
-Review the team progress and conduct internal team meetings for goals achievement strategy.
-Responsible for Monitor all technical issues related to IP Core and provide the required optimization.
-Responsible for Implementing QoS according to the design and requirements.
-Responsible for implementing proper routing & switching according to the plans and requirements.
-Responsible for Integration of IP Core with Core nodes, VAS and billing systems or any other systems.
-Responsible for performing the preventive maintenance activities.
-Responsible for performing the daily, weekly, and monthly routine health check.

Experience & Qualifications:

-Minimum 7 year of experience in IP networking and GPRS environment.
-BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
-Working experience/knowledge of networking vendors: Redback, Juniper, Cisco, Extreme ...etc
-RFP/RFQ preparation skills.
-Previous experience of handling projects with more than 1 million USD.
-Ability to receive calls and escalations related to work at any time (24/7).

Skills:
-Good understanding of Finance concepts.
-Excellent Communication and organization skills.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (Oral & written).
