Title:IPCC Support Engineer
Location:Ramallah
No of Positions:1

Responsibilities:

-Configuring and designing the Call Flow of the IVR.
-Uploading and Managing the IVR.
-Integrating the IVR with Billing System using Web XML Services.
-Configuring Marketing Camping’s in the IVR and the Productive Dialer.
-Creating reports and Statistics from the IVR and Productive Dialer.
-Managing IVR tree and Priority & Black Listing Table.
-Managing daily and weekly Reporting.
-Managing Backup and Restore IVR Application.

Requirements:

-Two years of experince in Software Development.
-BS in Computer Engineering / Science , or a related field.
-Excellent understanding of IP Telephony and VOIP concept.
-Excellent understanding of IVR and IVR Services.
-Excellent XML Web Services Development.
-Excellent JSP and Servlets programming.
-Excellent SQL/PLSQ Programming.
-Very good understanding of Oracle Stored Procedures.
-Very Good software development skills.
-Excellent Data Base Skills  Oracle and MS-SQL.
-Hand on skills on Cisco or Avaya IVR and Telephony System.
-One Year Experience Software Development.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
