Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market researches (tactical and strategic): preparing and reviewing the questionnaires with agencies, preparing sample size & design, follow-up during all research steps, review the final reports & conduct deep analysis from cleaned row-data.
- Conduct In-house market research surveys through outbound calling team: design the questionnaire & sample size, monitor outbound team implementation, analysis of the results, and finalize report results.
- Performing several intelligence quality check and feedback through Mystery shoppers and focus groups.
- Prepare Market share reports on quarterly basis, and gather monthly market information about competitor performance to provide monthly market share expectation and highlight any performance issues.
- Close tracking, analyzing and forecasting competitors’ activities by gathering the marketplace information that could impact WM progress.
- Performing SWOT analysis, in order to determine the advantages and disadvantages of WM Campaigns and activities against competitor.
- Follow up competitor offers and analyze it, compare competitor strategies to WM offers to support enhance WM strategies and review quality of sales performance to adhere all development opportunities.
- Follow up and scanning nearby countries Telecom Operators activities, and preparing periodic reports covers the main Marketing & Financial KPIs, New Campaigns and Latest Innovation.
- Conduct global benchmarking and corporate customer intelligence exercises
- Direct and manage information collection and analysis of competitors' strategies, services, prices, deployment, and disseminate result with concerned departments.
- Develop and maintain up to date product catalogue for both telecom operators.
- Provide any requested statistical information to all stakeholders for local & regional market.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience marketing & business environment.
- Knowledge/experience in research & analysis.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skill.
- Strong and dynamic personality.
- Strong Qualitative and quantitative analysis knowledge.
- Logical, pragmatic with ability to think rationally.
- Persistent with Ability of working long hours and under pressure.
- Excellent Command and use of PC applications and software including but not limited to MS office.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
- Strong reporting & analysis skills.
