Job Description
Title: Marketing Communication Specialist
Location: Ramallah
No of Positions:1
Responsibilities:
-Managing campaign creative and execution process by coordinating with key relevant internal customers to deliver all campaigns requirements and objectives.
-Contributing to the development of the media plan, identifying the best media ATL, BTL channels to meet marketing & communications objectives.
-Building relationship and act as main point of contact with the agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
-Preparing action plans for campaign’s execution and manage the execution process with media and advertising agencies.
-Directing the agency’s media planning and execution process to ensure efficiency and timely media support.
-Preparing campaign briefs for products and services according to the campaign’s objectives and targeted segments.
-Identifying new media channels and promotional items to support campaigns.
-Preparing and executing of all financial administrative tasks, co-ordinating with finance and procurement departments.
-Developing an evaluating process for campaigns to insure efficiency.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant work experience, where that last 2 years are in supervisory level position.
-Previous experience in Mobile Telecommunication Company is a big plus.
-Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex marketing/business/financial data and develop innovative marketing communications programs and solutions.
-Eperince in Brand development experience.
-Planning, organization and leadership/management skills.
-Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
-Strong customer and service orientation across the organization.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
-Flexibility and the capacity to accept multiple responsibilities and new challenges while keeping the objectives clearly focused.
-Self starter, energetic, logical thinker and results oriented.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet, email, Ms Project.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
