Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

-Following up with product development projects that have a major impact on future revenue and market presence.
-Following up with product and services projects and ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification.
-Interfacing with vendors and suppliers, providing input into proposition development, brand development, and campaign planning.
-Designing, executing and maintaining Product testing and Quality Assurance plans across all product & services areas aligned with overall business KPIs.
-Product monitoring: Implementing ongoing testing and quality assurance processes across all product areas.
-Providing the required support to product development teams from billing and testing perspectives to guarantee successful P&S launch and operation.

Experience & Education:
-Minimum of 2 years in Product Management experience with a BA in telecom/business related area. MBA degree would be an advantage.
-Proven experience in product development in a telecoms environment is a plus.
-Proven experience of ability to deliver complex products across the full life cycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Deep knowledge of fixed and/or mobile telecom products and IT systems, and understanding of environment and market, particularly in the area of billing, IN, voice services, data and VAS.
-Ability to develop and manage business cases.
-Sound understanding of Finance and supplier management.
-Demonstrated  communication skills .
-Demonstrated  documentation skills .
-Demonstrated  organizational skills .
-Demonstrated  team work skills .
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
