Roles & Responsibilities:
Role Summary :
Responsible for implementing ongoing quality improvement process, Write, revise, and verifies quality standards and test procedures/ scenarios for new billing products, Develop & Conduct acceptance & billing QA tests to deliver a bug free products to commercial and meet committed dates to PSDM Team. In addition of participating of in responsibility to perform a variety of billing routines & duties as specified by established procedures. Provide 3&4 line Billing support to business.
- Assumes responsibility for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of billing functions.
- Running the Daily Operations Schedule and ensuring that all necessary tasks and processes are executed correctly.
- Implementing ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams specially with Billing product development team.
- Auditing billing processes for accuracy. Verifies reconciliations and explains or resolves variances. Ensures sales are correctly classified and reported.
- Writing, revising, and verifying quality standards and test procedures/ scenarios for new billing products and implemented changes evaluation to attain quality of implementation.
- Providing effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.
- Planning and execution of product testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery dates.
- Responsible and accountable of flagging the Quality of interdepartmental deliverables.
- Owner of the billing operations (Billing Operations , Customer TT’s ,QA, Daily Schedule, , Relationship with banks, Post, Finance, etc.).
- Ensuring that the Billing System and related automated IT systems are up and operational 24 by 7.
- Recharging management and related operations including scratch cards or E-vouchers and e-top-up.
- Working with help desk and CC to resolve all customer billing related issues.
- Developing & Conducting acceptance & billing QA tests.
- Developing testing scenarios to cover all needed tests to make sure of quality for any billing product.
- Developing testing plans and conduct full testing for Billing products.
- Developing cross-functional relationships to ensure that common goals are achieved.
- Formalizing new Billing/ requirements and communicate with the Billing vendor the new Change Request.
- Acting as point of reference for all business areas where billing-QA related issues are a focus.
- Participating 3&4 line supporting to the business as requested by Service desk.
- Developing & implementing all billing process and work with CC, Sale and Finance to develop all cross functional business process.
- Ensuring that reports, records, and related documentation are completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and teamwork with Company personnel and with management.
- Coordinating functions with related departments, regional offices, and headquarters.
- Assisting and supporting Company personnel as needed. Responds to questions and information needs.
- Keeping management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with vendors and clients.
- Obtaining and conveys information as needed.
- Ensuring that client’s requests, questions, and problems are promptly and courteously resolved. Ensures that professional, high quality customer service is provided.
- Ensuring that the Company’s professional reputation is maintained and projected.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with vendors to ensure that cost effective and appropriate services and supplies are provided as needed.
- Investigating and permanently resolves client complaints.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- Ensuring that work areas are clean, secure, and well maintained.
- Completing special projects as assigned.
- Attending meetings as needed.
Experience & Education:
- University degree in Computer Science.
- 2 years of experience in Billing operations.
- Solid knowledge in Oracle 9i/10g , UNIX Administration ,Shell scripting ,SQL/PL SQL.
- Experience in IT QA .
- Problem solving & analytical Thinking in a Variable environment.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.

- Good math and problem solving skills.
- Able to train and supervise others.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Good degree of numeracy and accuracy.
