Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Preparing and managing the yearly recruitment strategy in line with WM strategy.
-Responsible for reviewing and finalizing the company Headcount by working with departments Management and defining the needs/key drivers for new headcounts.
-Responsible for Recruitment function budget which covers the requirements during the year, including any activities, using agencies, outreach activities, and others.
-Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
-Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines.
-Managing the Organizational Structure chart development, revision and updating to assure having the best set-up for efficient operations.
-Managing the job description development and updating.
-Managing all recruitment related processes and forms.
-Representing WM in all external activities, workshops, conferences, related to HR, employment and internships
-Creating and impaneling HR public/mass social relations with all means of communication to establish a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation.
-Assuring selecting candidates matching WM culture and values.
-Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment planning and Implementation and the quality of hires.
-Conducting policies/ guidelines/ brochures revision and updating when needed, and making sure there is sufficient Stock of recruitment stationary available.
-Providing advice and support to Directors and managers on issues concerning new initiatives, restructuring, rotations, job analysis, and solutions within the departments.
-Initiator and responsible of the external and internal internship program.
-Manages and develops the team of Recruiter(s).
-Designing training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum of 6 years’ experience in related field.
-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any other related field

-Assign and supervise the work of others.
-Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
-Flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment and traveling locally.

-Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
-Excellent computer skills, including e-mail, word processing and excel.
