Job Description
Title: Retail Branding & Merchandising Coordinator
Location: Ramallah
No of Positions:1
Responsibilities:
-Planning and executing of all branding opportunities in different events, providing the needed support for internal clients ensuring that all activities are parallel with the company’s brand guidelines.
-Coordinating with vendors and agencies to execute all retail merchandizing and branding items or elements making sure that all elements follow the agreed specifications and quality controlled.
-Managing and planning the company’s overall giveaways selection and internal processes across different departments and control the distribution and inventory system.
-Work closely with agencies to provides support in the management of any promotional and advertising activities to ensure timely delivery, execution of programs, and brand guidelines.
-Monitoring and tracking budgets for projects with accurate reports of expenses, purchase orders, FRP’s, etc.
-Other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
-Minimum of two years of prior advertising agency experience, in managing marketing communications and branding projects.
-Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken.
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills.
-Ability to build effective relationships cross-functionally, with vendors and superiors.
-Must be able to work within deadlines and execute in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be able to manage multiple, high-profile projects with efficiency.
-Must be results oriented and able to take self-initiative, while focusing on a timely delivery of projects/campaigns.
-Ability to prioritize tasks, and follow-up accordingly.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Advanced skills in Word, Exel and PowerPoint.
