Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ability to develop methodologies and approaches to identify financial leakages, and development of root-and cause-analysis.
-Determine current and future fraud risks to enable the FMS deployment and implementation strategy to be created
-Ensure developing Dashboards and Report's using fraud management system to automate functional reconciliations and reports
-Implementation and integration experience of RA&FM solutions (systems & process)
-Reduce the number of hours spent each day performing various tasks using the FMS Alerts and other tools.
-Ensure all the usage and subscription reconciliations are completed as per defined SLA and frequencies.
-Build controls into revenue impacting projects.
-Supervise implementation of the tools including HW installation, connectivity, system operation, KPI development, adapter development and integrations.
-Conduct business and technical studies among the concerning departments, and coordinate with vendor to design, develop, integrate and implement business solutions
-Check and monitoring activity on the subscriber provisioning processes.
-Coordinate with Network, Billing, Customer Care and IT staff to determine root causes of problems and ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are taken and records are recycled timely to find revenue leakages.
-Analyse/investigate issues covering multiple Revenue Stream to identify revenue leakages.
-Control new services, products and marketing campaigns from fraud assessment point of view.
Work Experience & Education:
-Bachelor degree in Management Information System / Computer Information System / or Information Technology.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
-Experience through process flows analysis, root cause analysis, re-design, implementation, and identifying & correcting key control issues
-Functional and technical experience on various telecom domains such as Network elements, Mediation, Rating, Billing, Invoicing, Customer Care and Collection.
Has systems & network architecture Experience. Practical involvement in introducing/developing new services.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Candidates must have strong writing skills and experience presenting findings and deliverables to the management.
-Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
-Self-initiative and able to work independently.
-Ability to work flexible hours.
-Proficiency in English (oral and written).
-Proficient in PC skills and Excel at an advanced level.
-Has good IT skills, Capable of generating KPIs and OPIs.
