Responsibilities:
-Recommending the radio sites plan, locations, coverage, and following sites survey schedule.
-Following up the radio frequency planning, manual and automatic.
-Following up the radio cell site configurations and changes.
-Preparing the CDD’s for the new installed radio sites.
-Preparing drive tests and analyzing and recommending radio actions if needed.
-Analyzing daily actions, periodic actions, and reporting.
-Collecting and preparing the needed data for the  Propagation Model tuning.
-Propagating model tuning.
-Analyzing radio traffic and recommending expansions if needed.
-Following up the customer complains related to the radio issues.
-Reviewing the physical changes “Antenna types, Azimuth, tilting…”

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in GSM related field.
-BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
-Working experience with planning and drive test tools is must.
-Knowledge in the GSM as a comprehensive system is plus.
-Strong Communication and organization skills.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (Oral & written).
-Computer latency knowledge (Microsoft is must).
