Responsibilities:
-Participating in the Transmission network planning activities (both optical and radio).
-Writing technical specifications and evaluate proposals.
-Reviewing capacity utilization versus design to ensure accurate planning.
-Updating of design and network optimization.
-Planning of transmission network expansion and upgrading.
-Planning interconnections toward other national/international operators.
-Providing technical support and training needs for the TRX engineers in the department.
-Ensuring proper and smooth handover process to the operation & maintenance team.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in TRX Technologies.
-BSc degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering.
-Strong Background in SDH/PDH/DWDM and Microwave Engineering.
-Cooperative and effective team player.
-Flexible, Adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
