Position Title:Settlement Specialist

Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute and follow up all the processes, tasks and activities related to prepare, audit and follow up all types of settlements leading to the payments that the company shall pay or/and receive , and exert all the efforts to negotiate to minimize any disputes that may arise.

Prepare, investigate and follow up all the settlement processes with all the interconnect partners either local or/and international by: checking, analyzing, studying, documenting accounts and financial statements by which a financial obligations or benefits will be according to the signed agreement and follow up processing the payment with the finance department.
Follow-up collection of revenue and issuing the payment resulting from the interconnection services.
Resolving interconnects financial disputes with carriers by coordinating with the related departments inside the company, and keep following up till the end and a dispute resolution was realized.
Participate in the business studies and analysis related to the evaluation of the prices, volume of traffic and capacity in coordination with the concerned parties in the interconnect division.
Follow up with the billing and the interconnect system regarding issuing the requested reports.
Participate in the data base and data collection that shall be used for settlement purposes.
Develop processes & financial reports for the accountancy with the local and international interconnect carriers.
Prepare, investigate and follow up all the settlement processes with all the transmission carriers either local or/and international by: checking, analyzing, studying, documenting accounts and financial statements by which a financial obligations or benefits will be according to the signed agreements and follow up processing the payment.
Prepare, investigate and follow up all the settlement processes with all the Roaming partners either local or/and international by: checking, analysing, studying, documenting accounts and financial statements by which a financial obligations or benefits will be according to the signed agreement and follow up processing the payment.

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experince in interconnect & Roaming Settlement.
IT Background and understanding is prefered.
BA degree in Finance/ business or any related field.

Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English/able to work in an English speaking environment
High communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
High team work spirit.
