Responsibilities:
-Supervising the Trouble reporting of generated alarms.
-Supervising the First line troubleshooting of generated alarms.
-Escalating Fault to on-call engineer.
-Escalating Fault to NOC manager.
-Coordinating with fault origins with other third parties.
-Insuring adherence to processes.
-Scheduling the routine backups for network nodes.
-Insuring that all alarms are handled by the related teams.
-Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the alarms and its status.
-Preparing and supervising the FO shifts 24/7 schedule.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 of years experience in surveillance in GSM/WCDMA operation.
-BSc degree in Telecommunication or equivalent.
-Knowledge in GSM, WCDMA, OSS and interfaces-Protocols-features-services.
-Cooperative and able to work within a team.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Flexible, Adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
