Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain, monitor, analyze system components and make recommendations regarding computer system performance
-Provides direct support to IT project teams.
-Participate as a project team member on planning/testing/implementing Windows software and hardware.
-Consulting with support staff concerning server hardware and software.
-Configuring/Testing/Evaluating new software and hardware products for use in the rapidly growing Active Directory environment.
-Producing documentation for the installation and support of the Microsoft Server and Active Directory environment.
-Create objects in Active Directory via scripting and manually.
-Create Shares and give permissions according to standards.
-Manage and configure all MS applications (Exchange Server, ISA server, DNS & DHCP, SCOM,SCCM,PKI, ..etc).
-Create, manage, and implement AD security policies.
-Using tools to monitor the performance of Microsoft Servers and monitor the health of the Active Directory environment.
-Monitors software licenses to ensure compliance. All software licenses are current and meet compliance standards.
-Provide periodic reports to define upcoming needs of system that would require purchase of additional hardware or software.
-Install new software applications, coordinating assistance from third parties when necessary.
-Performing and coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced operating system hardware and software on servers.

Server Hardware Installation and Maintenance:
-Monitor Servers disk, CPU, Memory utilisation.
-Implement, and maintain highly available solutions.
-Provide technical support for production services including problem isolation and resolution in a timely manner.
-Maximize system availability and performance through fault-tolerant configuration, and proactive server monitoring.
-Perform customisation for HP-OM policies for all MS windows environment.
-Perform systems installs, configurations, file systems maintenance, system recovery and others hardware and maintenance needs.
-Troubleshooting and repairing server hardware (RAID Arrays, SAN's, Tape Libraries, etc) & replace HW faulty parts.

Monitoring, Administrating  Corporate  Storage ( Midrange) as follows:
-Monitoring storages status, logs and performances.
-Storages healthy check
-Follow up the support & maintenance contract
-Connecting, Configuring & implementing new host/disks to the Storage.
-Troubleshoot & replace faulty parts.
-Upgrading Firmware & patching the storages, Storage Network & connected hosts

Experience & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Science.
-Minimum MCSE certification.
-2-3 Year experience in IT field and MS environment.
-Working experience in SAN like enterprise and midrange.
-Capacity planning, experience in performance analysis and tuning.

Skills:
-To be able to fully administer UNIX/Linux operating systems and their respective vendor Hardware. Sense of responsibility towards mission critical servers of high importance to the company.
-Analytical thinking
