Job Description
Title: Talent development Specialist
Location: Ramallah
No of Positions:1
Responsibilities:
-Designing and managing talent development processes, such as succession planning, performance management, Career Paths and competency development.
-Setting up and maintaining the performance management processes.
-Managing and overseeing annual and probationary appraisals.
-Developing and implementing of career paths for various functional areas.
-Developing, integrating and maintaining competencies, functional and behavioral, for the organization.
-Aligning job competencies with processes that attract, develop, and assess talent.
-Ensuring a sound succession plan is created and articulated and appropriate actions taken to provide for future growth requirements.
-Setting and Managing action planning processes to address results of employee engagement surveys.
-Overseeing the goal of talent optimization as a critical component in accomplishing business goals.
-Providing change management support and expertise on a variety of company-wide projects and system implementations.
-Maintaining development and succession information, including performance appraisals and testing.
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree (Masters Degree is highly preferred) in Organizational Development, Business, or closely related discipline.
-minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the Organizational Development field with experience in change management, analytics, and instructional design, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Familiarity with mobile telecommunication performance management is highly preferred.
-Must have the ability to research information and analyze financial/quantitative data in context to performance metrics to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations and plans of action.
-Outstanding consulting and facilitating skills.
-Ability to create effective learning content and design.
-Strong diagnostic skills.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
-Excellent presentation skills.
-Ability to be creative and innovative.
-Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
-Initiative and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
