Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

Role Summary

The incumbent of this position will be reasonable to monitor and control revenue and costs resulted by interconnect agreements and business plan, as well ensuring providing better services. He also will be responsible to monitor traffic trends to assure it falls under agreed agreements and to detect any fraud attempts. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Preparing the routing plan on monthly basis according to the A-Z price list submitted by the international operators.
-Conducting all tests related to new wholesale business in coordination with internal and external parties.
-Monitoring the traffic (interconnects, transit) and comparing the volumes with the set up targets and investigating the reasons behind any suspected traffic reduction.
-Escalating and following up with related departments for any disruption in traffic trend and any suspected fraud cases.
-Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly traffic reports in addition to any other required Reports.
-Analyzing Reports and indicating the reasons behind either traffic reduction or increase.
-Other related duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 Years Experience in same role or related field.
-Bachelor degree in related field.

Skills:
-Comprehensiveness and Strong attention to details.
-Knowledge in dealing with data and preparing different types of reports.
-Ability to work under time constraints/pressure and meet deadlines.
-Excellent Communication and team work skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English).
-Excellent Team work and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in MS office suite( word, excel, and PowerPoint) and basic network configuration.
-Ability to excel in any potential system necessary for the routing plan preparations.
