Role Summary:

Conducting and delivery of training courses successfully based on training plan, and being part of team development in all fields related to their work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    Training of sales Channels & Staff to ensure their readiness in the following :

-    WM Background, Existing products and services, cross and up-selling, planning, systems, polices, processes & procedures.

-    Evaluation of new hires post training timeline and follow-up on their performance for feedback from their direct supervisors 
-    Following up on any training requests and to make sure there is alignment between expected outcome and conducted training.
-    Conduct continuous evaluations to assess the needed trainings to develop and equip company employees with the needed skills to fulfil their duties.
-    Developing & leading the development of training material based on assessment.
-    Managing and preparing yearly, quarterly and monthly training plans and fulfil add hoc training requests when needed.
-    Making sure that all trainings are conducted in alignment within agreed time frame.
-    Updating regularly all training material and make sure it’s based on the latest versions of agreed processes.
-    Leading and developing knowledge among all staff
-    Preparing all curriculum needed for each proposed and conducted course

Work Experience Qualifications::

-    4 years’ experience in similar field, sales background is preferred.
-    Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and prioritization skills.
-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in effective group communication of training programs.
-    Understanding of training techniques and methods.
-    Ability to create effective questionnaires & training materials.
-    Know to use Training method (examples, Role play, Exercise, video…etc.)

Personal Traits & Special Skills::

-    Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources.
-    Ability to lead teams and initiatives with direct and indirect authority.
-    Ability to influence and negotiate through formal and informal networks
-    Ability to work under pressure
-    Strong character and leadership skills. 
-    Computer Literacy knowledge.
