Responsibilities:
-Supervising cashiers in all locations.
-Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the company’s bankers.
-Responsible for bank charges reducing.
-Ensuring that the foreign exchange and interest rate risk is managed efficiently.
-Processing bank transactions, collections and disbursement of funds.
-Processing LC’s/LG’s and other financial instruments.
-Preparing cash forecasting, financial reports and bank reconciliations.
-Managing specific duties including working capital, working capital forecasts, short and long term cash flow; developing and managing the cash management program for international operations, including short-term funding and investing of cash position; developing and implementing interest rate and foreign exchange hedging programs. Monitors metrics and benchmarks for the related functions and works to continuously improve cycle time and error rate.
-Recommending and developing internal procedures.
-Participating in hiring, training, and retaining competent staff.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 7 years of progressively finance experience including at least 3 years of senior level and supervisory experience.
-BA or equivalent in finance or accounting field.
-Excellent technical knowledge of all treasury functional areas.
-Experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
-Excellent decision making and time management Skills.
-Experience in supervising and coaching a team.
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Professional working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint etc.).
