Title: Voice & IVR Services Jr. Specialist

Responsibilities:

-Creating Voice & IVR services road map and ensuring that it’s aligned with Marketing strategy.
-Monitoring voice & IVR services and ensuring the achievement of targeted objectives & revenue.
-Working closely with all departments to ensure successful delivery of each product.
-Working on interdepartmental team for planning and execution of voice services and operations.
-Providing day-to-day coordination; monitor product performance and coordinate resolution of issues.
-Developing content for voice & IVR services collaterals.
-Working closely with marketing, sales, and customer care teams to develop sales tools and training materials.
-Dealing with vendors and suppliers for voice & IVR services.
-Maintaining the following product lines:
        -IVR
        -Premium services
        -Numbering plan

Requirements:
   
-Minimum of Two years experience in Product /Service experience within GSM Telecommunications Company.
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field, MBA is a plus.
-Proven experience in Product development in a telecoms environment.
-Proven experience of ability to deliver complex products across the full product life cycle.
-Deep knowledge of mobile telecoms products and IT systems, and understanding of environment and market, particularly in the area of voice & IVR and or VAS specialized products.
-Ability to develop and manage business cases.
-Sound understanding of Finance and vendor management.
-Knowledge of electronic media.
-Creative and flexible approach to project based activity.
-Demonstrated Team work and communication skills.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
-Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
