Title: Web/Online Specialist

Responsibilities:
   
-Managing the design of the WM website ensuring an excellent customer experience from navigation to brand and look & feel.
-Developing a content management process to ensure all pages are kept up-to-date from corporate needs to products & services, sponsorships, events and PR.
-Ensuring all company needs are in place to effectively plan and support web-based services related to their goals and objectives.
-Working with Marcom Manager and Brand Agency to develop and maintain visual design guidelines.
-Monitoring and maintaining online forums e.g. facebook & twitter on a daily basis. This includes notifying appropriate stakeholders about online discussions or inquiries that should receive a response from the company.
-Leading the development and implementation of an online strategy to ensure visibility and promotion to customers and relevant segments of the public.
-Developing functional specifications for Web related projects, transforming input into the RFP process, conducting vendor selection and managing these projects.
-Delivering weekly/monthly reports on all web based activities.

Requirements:
   
-University degree in web development, digital media, communication or business administration.
-A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
-Excellent knowledge of website/portal development and management (including content management).
-Excellent planning and management skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent verbal , written and presentation skills.
-Strong customer and service orientation across the organization.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
-Excellent motivational skills.
-Flexibility and capacity to accept different tasks and responsibilities.
-Working under pressure , energetic, logical thinker and results oriented.
-Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
-Fluent in both Arabic and English language (written and spoken).
