 Responsibilities:

• Analyzing Business needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements for the ERP.
• Operating and supporting Oracle application version 12 for Environment management, Patch management and Technology stack management.
• Improving existing clone/refresh processes, application performance monitoring, and proactive application monitoring as well as Build/Release migration utilities.
• Leading and assisting in troubleshooting and fixing system/application issues.
• Providing configuration and administration support on the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications.
• Downloading and applying application upgrades, updates, patches, and fixes for the ERP.
• Managing application security and user account administration and permissions.
• Monitoring the ERP performance and ensure that users are following proper system protocols by performing regular system audits.
• Acting as a first line technical support contact for business users (help desk).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Strong familiarity with SQL, Oracle Workflow/AOL modules and Oracle Development tools.
• Experience in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules including logistics, financial and supply chain management.
• Experience in backup and recovery strategies, performance and tuning techniques.
• Experience in report design and complex query writing.
• Problem solving & analytical Thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and flexible approach to project based activity.
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
•  Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
