The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from
qualified candidates for the post of:
1-Vacancy No. : 086/2013/X
2-Duty Station : Field Office-Jerusalem
3-Department : Emergency Unit
4-Basic Salary : Starting from 800.9 JD (and exchange rate adjustment) that varies in
accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency Other fringe benefits
include provident fund & health insurance.
5-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.
An allowance of 1000 NIS payable in JD at UNRWA rate.
6-Qualifications:
-A university degree in business administration, management or any other related field.
-At least three years experience in human resources, administration and /or office management.
-Very good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
Competencies:
-Ability to work in a team.
-Good computer skills, using MS applications.
-Intermediate knowledge in report writing.
-Budgetary, typing and filing skills.
-Very good written and spoken communication skills.
-Good creative thinking skills.
-Ability to take initiative.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
-Knowledge of the Agency’s regulations, rules and other administrative issues.
-Prior experience with UN organizations.
