Associate HR Officer (Performance Management) - Vacancy No. 190/2011/X
1-Duty Station : Field Office - Jerusalem
2-Grade & Salary : LDC Contract Band “D” – Q1
: 593.80 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
3-Allowances : Dependency Allowances payable and other benefits
(Medical Insurance) & Currency Adjustment Factor
4-Qualifications:
-A university degree in human resources management, public or business administration or any
other related field.
-At least three years experience in human resources management, personnel administration.
Familiar with online platforms & experience in handling web based management systems is
highly desirable.
-Proven analytical skills and ability to identify needs;
-Ability to develop and implement various training and development programmes to meet Agency needs;
-Demonstrated good knowledge of Information technology, specifically use of Information/ Data base/other management systems.
-Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
