The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from quali- fied candidates for the post of:
Medical Officer (For Qalqilia Hospital Only)
1-Vacancy No .041/2015/X
2-Duty Station : Qalqilia Hospital
Department : Health Department
4-Basic Salary : 947.6 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency & the candidate qualifications.
Other fringe benefits include provident fund & health insurance.
9% as Supplementary Allowance
: Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.
5-Allowances
6-Qualifications:
-A Medical degree from a recognized university including an internship of at least twelve- month duration.
-A valid governmental license to practice medicine in the country of duty station.
-At least five years of satisfactory professional working experience, of which at least three years should have been with public health services.
-Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
Competencies
-Ability to work under pressure and cope with a heavy workload.
-Good organizational and planning skills.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively deal with patients.
-Self-motivated.
-Ability to lead a team and work as a team member.
-Proficiency in standard Agency computer applications.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Post- graduate degree or diploma in public health, family health or other related discipline.
