The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from
qualified candidates for the post of:

Senior Clerk

1-Vacancy No. : 0137/2014/X
2-Duty Station : Field Office-Jerusalem
3-Department : Administration Services Department- Billing Unit
4-Grade & Salary : Limited Duration Contract (LDC) - Band “C” – S1
506.00JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
5-Allowances : Dependency Allowances payable and other benefits (Medical Insurance) &
Currency Adjustment Factor.

6-Qualifications:
-Completion of full secondary education.
-Successful completion of one year diploma in business and office practice, or related discipline.
-At least three years of related experience in clerical or administrative support work.
-Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic.

Competencies
-Computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing and data base programme.
-Organization skills.
-Ability to cope with multiple tasks effectively.
