Title: Surveillance Technician

Department:Technical

No of Positions: 11

Responsibilities:

-24/7/365 monitoring of all alarms generated by Wataniya’s network elements.
-Trouble reporting of generated alarms.
-First line troubleshooting of generated alarms.
-First line troubleshooting of generated alarms.
-Escalating fault to Front office Team Leader.
-Coordinating with fault origins with other third parties.
-Interworking with Transmission.
-Insuring adherence to processes.
-Performing routine backups for network nodes.

Requirements:
-Flexibility, doesn’t mind being 24/7/365 on call..
-Good communication skills.
-Motivated team player.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Diploma degree in Telecom/Computer/Electrical or equivalent.
-Good English (oral and written).
-Computer Literacy knowledge.
