Theatre Day Production (TDP) is a cultural organization working in the field of youth theatre with offices in Jerusalem, Gaza , and the West Bank. For the Jerusalem office, we are seeking to fill the following position. Purpose of Job - Responsible for financial transactions, reporting, budget tracking, procurement, and compliance with and implementation of company’s legal obligations and internal rules.
Tasks
• Prepare and track internal and earmarked budgets
• Analysis of internal and external financial reports
• Supervise the daily financial administration.
• Control all procurement procedures
• Liaison between the organization and relevant official institutions
• Control of Fixed Assets Registry
• Review accounting data
• Ensuring implementation of and compliance with national legal obligations regarding financial matters.
Qualifications
• BA University degree in accounting
• Experience minimum 3 years in non-profit organizations
• Excellent knowledge of several relevant accounting programs
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English languages
• Good communication skills
Day off: Friday
Starting Date: July 1, 2009
Training & Orientation: May 1, 2009
