Mercy Corps is implementing the Palestinian Community Assistance Program funded by USAID that aims to pave the way to a brighter future for Palestinians through social and economic relief and recovery by meeting basic human needs and laying the foundations for long-term recovery in Gaza.


In this context Mercy Corps invites all registered suppliers and companies in Gaza Strip to participate in the Food Processing Pre-qualification tender required under the Cash for Work Program.


The following conditions apply:
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Tuesday 17 Mar 2015 during normal working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
-The tender documents must be delivered before 12:00 PM on Wednesday 25 Mar 2015, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee only.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.
-The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
