Preparation of supplier cheques, and payment recording, while allocating invoices. Usually a Treasure Accountant prepares transfers between banks, and local supplier reconciliations and intercompany accounts as well.

1. Prepare supplier cheques, record payments and allocate payments against invoices.
2. Enter invoices on VAT invoice bank.
3. Issue receipt vouchers from the system for the received payments.
4. Prepare local supplier reconciliation upon monthly payment and sign a reconciliation using auditors form by end of year.
5. Prepare internal-transfers between banks.
6. Record all petty cash expenses.
7. Record import declaration for new vehicles.
8. Promissory notes and guarantees cheques custody. 
9. Prepare petty cash replenishment, record the payment, allocate payment against payment requests, and monthly count of all petty cash in the company.
10. Reconcile invoice register suspense, GIS sublet, GIS parts & WIP Parts.
11. Reconcile employee accounts quarterly, and sign a reconciliation using auditors form by year end.
12. Reconcile Israeli suppliers except clearing companies.
13. Record and reconcile insurance transactions accounts as a supplier and a customer and adjust accordingly.
14. Record insurance & registration transactions and other expenses.
15. Record receipt vouchers.
16. Record returned cheques withdrawals.
17. Send returned cheques notifications to the Salesmen; as soon as the returned cheques are received.
18. Review property transfer of used cars to the customers before signing the form from authorized employees.
19. Reconcile intercompany accounts on quarter bases.
20. Any tasks assigned by their manager.

1. A minimum of two years experience in accounting.

2. Candidates should be from Betlhem only, or are able to present on time and has no problem with transportation.
