مدير التسويق والمبيعات

شركة أريحا لتطوير وتشغيل المنطقة الصناعية الزراعية (JAIP). تسعى لتوظيف مدير تسويق ومبيعات مؤهل لشغل الوظيفة التالية:

المسمى الوظيفي : مدير التسويق والمبيعات
مكان العمل : مدينة اريحا فلسطين

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
-شهادة جامعية درجة ماجستير في الادارة ، التسويق او المبيعات.
-خبرة لا تقل عن 5 (خمس سنوات) .
-مهارات عالية في التخطيط.
-قدرات ومهارات قيادية.
-مهارات عالية في استخدام الحاسوب والبرامج الاساسية الداعمة.
-الخبرة في ادارة حسابات المبيعات و ملفات الزبائن.
-القدرة على وضع وتحقيق اهداف الدائرة بما يتماشى والخطط الاستراتيجية للشركة واهدافها العامة.
-تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات بما يتماشى واستراتيجية الشركة.
-القدرة على ادارة فرق المبيعات ومتابعة اعمالهم.
-القدرة على الاقناع، الابتكار واتخاذ القرار المناسب

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
-المسؤولية عن تسويق منتجات الشركة والخدمات إلى السوق المستهدف.
-وضع خطة التسويق السنوية بالاشتراك مع قسم المبيعات.
-وضع الميزانية التسويقية. لتسويق كافة خدمات ومنتجات الشركة في حدود الميزانية المتفق عليها.
-توجيه موظفي التسويق وادارة اعمال التسويق.
-متابعة جميع مواد التسويق والمطبوعات واستلام المواد وتوزيعها ضمن الخطة.
-ضمان التغطية الإعلامية ضمن الخطط الزمنية المتابعة مع جميع وسائل الإعلام المخطط للاعلان بها.
-إدارة عمليات التسويق في جميع مراحل المشروع سواء التخطيط الاستراتيجي او الاعمال التسويقية اليومية.
-إجراء أبحاث السوق من أجل تحديد متطلبات السوق للمنتجات الحالية والمستقبلية.
-وضع وتنفيذ خطة على مستوى الشركة لتسويق المنتج، والخدمات وادارة تنفيذ الخطة.
-تحليل العلاقات المحتملة والشركاء الاستراتيجيين.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Prerequisites:
-Master's degree in BA, marketing or sales.
-5 years of experience in sales or marketing (five years)
-High planning skills.
-Leadership skills.
-High computers skills and the knowledge of the basic software packages.
-Experience in managing sales and customers accounts.
-The ability to set and achieve goals in line with the department strategic plans and the company’s objectives.
-Develop and implement sales plans in line with the company's strategy.
-The ability to manage sales teams and follow-up work.
-Ability to persuasion, innovation and making the right decision

Roles and responsibilities:
-Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market
-Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department.
-Budget management.
-To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
-To direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
-To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
-To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
-To managing the marketing operations throughout the entire life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
-To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
-To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution
-To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
