- ثانوية عامة كحد أدنى
- أن يكون حاصل على رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول منذ أكثر من سنتين.
- يفضل أن يكون من سكان محافظة رام الله والبيرة
- التفرغ التام للعمل
- لديه أسلوب جيد بالتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- العمر لا يقل عن 20 سنة ولا يزيد عن 28 سنة.
- غير مدخن
