Sales Representative

Zital Group, a company specialized in cosmetics and hair products, located in Birzeit – Ramallah, is looking to recruit a highly motivated and professional candidates to join the team for the position of “Sales Representative” with the below details:

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or any related field.
• Prior experience in the sales and retail field not less than 2 years.
• Knowledge of the Palestinian geographical areas.
• Good health, decent appearance, good conduct, and tact in dealing with customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible work hours.
• Basic mathematic skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivation to work through busy times.
• Basic soft skills like empathy, emotional intelligence, active listening, effective communication, confidence, flexibility optimism.
• Time management and public speaking skills
• Growth mindset
• Valid driving license.
